David's information was given to me when it looked like my purchase was about to fall through. My lender at the time could not get the deal done which was causing serious problems requiring us to beg the sellers for an extension of the closing date. David and his team at CBC were absolutely wonderful to work with and really made the re-financing of my home a breeze. I also did an equity loan for home improvements, when I ran into a snag with that lender and seemed to be high centered and not moving anywhere David stepped in a helped get things moving, he was absolutely instrumental to the success of my re-finance and equity loan. I found david goldberg through a search and chose him based on reviews. he did an outstanding job and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I had a lot of questions. Dealing with him and cbc bank could not have been smoother. we closed on time with no issue and received money back. The house we chose , I was worried it wouldnt be approved by the VA but there was no issue at all.
