David Goldberg was absolutely fantastic. He explained the entire home buying process step by step. I felt like he was working for me personally. Week day responses, weekend responses no matter the day or time he was there for me. He orchestrated a home closing for me in roughly 2.5 weeks. Unheard of. Great gentleman to work with.

We made a purchase offer on a home in TN only to lose out to a cash buyer. 2 weeks later we signed a purchase agreement on a different home (using the same realtor) and using David as our lender with UTB. Ironically, the home we lost out on to the cash buyer closed only 4 days before the home we purchased with David and T+UTB ... and we signed 2 weeks later and were a jumbo loan. David is all in on your loan. He is always available (yes I mean always) for help and guidance. The level of communication is fantastic and appropriate for the process. I never felt like there was ever any "issues" with any of my questions. David and team fully explain the answer and not use jargon, which is not helpful if your not in the mortgage business. My mortgage was a re-fi with several complications that David was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I'm foreigner and I just live 2 years in US. Absolutely I don't have knowledge on house purchasing in US. But there was no problem with David. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Whenever ask through email, he answered within 10 minute.
