(2019 update): I did a refinancing with David again as well as opened a new HELOC. With the good experiences in 2017, this time I didn't even bother to look around and shop. David is again consistently awesome and responsive. The process is extremely smooth. He got me the best rate during the last couple of months.Bought a house in NJ. This is the 3rd place I bought. We received great service from David and his team. We left another lender because they didn't understand VA loans and went with David instead. He knows VA loan process and took good care of us, wish we found him to begin with.
