David's advice at the start of the process was really helpful. This being our first home, he broke down a lot of concepts for us and was very communicative. His recommendation to do the underwriting helped us secure the first home we put an offer in on. The only piece of feedback is that i think we were added to an automated email chain coming from David's email address.
