A very reliable lender, because he will have you prepare all the necessary requirements and wonderful because in a span of almost 3 months we were able to buy our first home. After having great difficulty getting a decent rate for a larger size home, I got online and checked reviews. This lender, David Goldberg, specifically kept coming up over and over. So, I took a chance and called David. I told him my situation and projected closing date of TWO weeks away, and he quickly and amazingly gave me the best rate out of several lenders (including the local lenders called), and he was actually able to get me closed on time!!!!
