We had a VA refinance that had a few complexities due to my husbands disability ratings. David walked us through each step, kept in constant contact, and never made us feel silly for the numerous questions we had. Mostly, he took away the anxiety of having to work through a lot of VA red-tape that isn't applicable to just any VA loan. We were even able to close the loan in our own home. I could not recommend David any higher. We appreciate all of the help!

David was able to get us approved even though we have both salaried and self employed income. He was very fast to respond to questions during the whole process, usually via email within a few minutes. He was also willing to answer questions on Saturdays. Our process was difficult in that we had a few items on our credit that needed solving. He was able to provide solutions to any problems we encountered.
