David and his team respond to any communication immediately. They are knowledge and use their knowledge to make the experience for their customers much easier and prepared. They use up to date online technology to gather documents and provide video tutorials along the way to make each step understandable. I’ve used David’s services for three different loans. A home purchase, home refinance and a recent construction loan. All were handled well. I highly recommend this team!

David is a pro. There are no obstacles that he backs off from and he is there to help you all day. Whenever there was a problem, he would notify me immediately and I can reassure you that he won't rush you if he needs something.

When my wife and I started the home buying process, my wife and I had a lower than ideal credit score. David and his team not only helped us figured out how to let us only put 5% down--allowing us to afford our dream house. When rates went down they reached back out an helped us refi. We couldn't imagine we would be here two years ago. Great service too! Highly recommend.
