David was very helpful in creating a strategy that got me a loan when numerous other companies were not willing to work with me. David answered all of my questions and made sure i understand some of the unique loan terms we encountered. I definitely recommend talking to David if you need a loan and you have your own business, or some other factor thta complicates approval.

David was super responsive before we even applied, was super clear and transparent. 6 months later we went into the market, applied, and preapproval was done within 48 hours. Super responsive throughout our home buying process and the many updated preapproval letters we requested. (There were a lot of them in this crazy market.) We made an offer to close within two weeks. He is always available everytime we ask question and information. He explained to us step by step the loan process. He also gives us helpful tips to make it easy and faster to finish the loan.
