First time home buyers, jumbo loan, new construction, construction delays -- all the while David remained above and beyond helpful and responsive. David's information was given to me when it looked like my purchase was about to fall through. My lender at the time could not get the deal done which was causing serious problems requiring us to beg the sellers for an extension of the closing date. The sellers granted us only 3 weeks to get the deal done or we would lose the house and our deposit. David stepped in like a HERO and pushed the deal through in only 19 days. David and his team at CBC were absolutely wonderful to work with and really made the re-financing of my home a breeze.
