Dealing with him and cbc bank could not have been smoother. we closed on time with no issue and received money back. After having great difficulty getting a decent rate for a larger size home, I got online and checked reviews. This lender, David Goldberg, specifically kept coming up over and over. So, I took a chance and called David.
