I thought I would experience more pain and discomfort but Dr. Shepherd did a very good job and I am very happy with the results so far. I had a temporary crown put in and will look forward to having the permanent work done.
Called for a last minute end of year appointment. As always, Brenda was able to fit me in. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
The hygienist was great and very thorough, I didn't feel any discomfort what so ever, she was professional and friendly. The doctor was very friendly as well. The wait time was about 5 minutes, the receptionist helped me with my paperwork and things went smoothly. I would highly recommend you to my friends and family.
Dr. Shepherd is a very gentle shot giver. He places the syringe very carefully and administers the shot. Anyone who has had really painful shots in the past understands how nice it is to be blessed with a dentist who knows how to give novacaine.
Different receptionist, hygienist and Dr. Melton. Not Dr. Shepard. Felt like I had come to wrong dental office. More comfortable with Dr. Shepard.
These people are the best...professional, friendly, personable and fast! I love this organization...also David Shepherd is funny and good at what he does!
The cleaning was done well and efficiently and Dr. Shepherd's exam was done very shortly after the cleaning was finished.
Nice people and worked me thru quickly.
I did not have to wait; in fact my cleaning began a few minutes before my 2:30 appointment. The entire staff was very professional.
