I recently visited Dr. Shepherd's office for the first time a week ago for a regular cleaning. Yesterday I returned for two cavities to be drilled out. The people their are all very friendly and welcoming. It felt like I'd been going there for years. They called me this morning to check and make sure I was okay after my visit and wasn't experiencing any problems. Pleasant experience. 1st time there and everyone made me feel very comfortable.
I moved to Pelham 30 years ago. I chose Dr. Shepherd as my dentist and have been a patient of his ever since. If I had not been satisfied, I would have left long ago. In addition to quality dental services, going there through the years has actually been fun. Dr. Shepherd and his staff have a sense of humor. Also, they even furnish a blanket when you are in the chair (if you are cold natured) as Dr. Shepherd likes it cold and we don't want him uncomfortable and sweating!
It is always a pleasure dealing with your office! Forgive me I can't remember who did my cleaning yesterday. This was my first time having her clean my teeth and she was wonderful.

Everyone was great at the office. I was a new patient and it was a quick check in process. They were prompt, professional and got me in and out in no time. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.
