If I could give this place negative 20 stars, I absolutely would. Let’s start from the beginning. 9/2024, I come to find a wedding dress. I found one same day I went, within my budget, placed the down payment that day. Manager set me up with a payment plan due by 11/2024. Delivered on 3/2025. My wedding 5/2025. Quoted during our wedding dress shopping one price. Called to check on dress a few weeks later quoted over a hundred dollars more. Called a few days later to place the dress order and were told a completely new price of 400 dollars the original price.
The first time we went here to look for our bridal party dresses and we had a girl that was supposed to be helping us couldn’t wait to tell us she didn’t want to be here and refused to do absolutely anything. Unfortunately we decided to order from this shit show of an establishment and they couldn’t find our dresses.

Went here with a group of 4. We booked an appointment with DB and got Sara. She was uninterested and apathetic to us the entire appointment. Rarely helped clip dresses to fit, I had to ask for assistance, and she got into an argument with another stylist and a group of walk-ins. Sara kept giving one of my party members dresses several sizes too small and kept saying there wasn’t anything in her size. Which clearly was not true due to myself and another woman with us being given dresses in sizes larger than what she wears. It... read more
David’s Bridal greeter associate, talk about an extremely fake and unkind person, they debated if they were going to let us even look at Prom dresses. Then when I ignore her fake yelling, “Didn’t find anything?”, “Well Okay”yelling “Thanks” at the top of her lungs. Sorry, it’s Saturday and your busy, you work here take care of your customers or find a different place of employment. Ridiculous treatment of people who just are trying to look. Will Never be back.
