Dear David's Bridal. That teenage girl your clerk was so rude to today lost her older brother two weeks ago. She didn't deserve to be treated like she wasn't welcome in your store. Went to pick up my daughters prom dress from alterations, had an appt. The dress had not even been started when we got there, after 4 hours of waiting they brought out the dress, my daughter was crying the dress had been butchered. Tatiana worked for several hours to fix the dress and I was given a refund of all alteration charges, the dress is not perfect but it looks so much better than when they first brought it out for my daughter to try on, like it was perfect. It was horrible!!!!
We came today to find MY wedding dress, to start it off the selection was horrible. All of the dresses looked the same. Big ball-gowns, all over the place. None were mermaid/trumpet style. Very few had lace, and 95% were off white. Looked like they had sat in storage for years! Well the consultant did not listen to the style I liked, she picked a couple for me to try on. Not MY style!! Wish I could rate this LESS THAN ZERO. My daughter -- who has Hashimoto's thyroiditis as well as a seizure disorder -- is to be in her best friend's wedding. The sales girl treated her as though she was a pariah! HOW DARE SHE!! I'd like her to walk one week in my daughter's shoes! Just one week!! Funny thing is, I have two girls who are engaged. Guess where they AREN'T going!
