We told the girl what type of gown we were interested in but she did not bring anything like we described. She was working with 2 girls so we didn't get her undivided attention.
It's taken David's bridal over 2 weeks to process my return for a dress that was delivered damaged despite following their return instructions exactly. I refuse to ever order a dress from here again. Poor quality and poor customer service.
I have been trying to get my money back on to my card from a layaway dress for 5 days now and every time I call the "one" person who is the "only one that can do it" is never there. I need my money and I need someone to call me back NOW! I've been calling all day. Horrible customer service.
I had to call TWO people to correct a duplicate dress problem between my bridesmaids (everyone has a different dress) and when I received the dresses today, guess what, THEY WERE STILL THE SAME. Also- one of my girls dress fabric is slightly different and they did not tell her that it would be a slightly different color. Luckily it's not that huge of a difference but it still definitely should have been mentioned.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! My cousin got her dress from Here and when she opened it, there was a HUGE stain and they had no symphony!!!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!!!!
Do NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. My daughter had a HUGE stain on her dress and was offered $50.00
