terrible experience especially with the alterations department. Customer service was the worse that I have every experienced in any bridal salon. Would have went somewhere else if time permitted!

My wedding dress was exactly as I imagined and David's Bridal made it possible! The staff was so helpful every single time I had to return to try on my dress and keep visiting to ensure I made the correct wedding dress choice. Our bridesmaid dresses was also from David's Bridal and we do not have any regrets they were so elegant and looked absolutely beautiful. Overall was a great place to get a nice dress for fairly low budget, however I never waited less than an hour in line to get service in the store. Online service was worse - I ordered our invitations on line. After having the website crash and erase the invites we had designed 4 times we finally got them ordered and when they arrived the RSVP cards did not fit into the return envelopes and we had to hand cut them all to fit.

I will never recommend David's Bridal to ANYONE ever. I was told 6 weeks for my bridesmaids dresses. When the girls went to order them 12 weeks in advance they were not going to be made available until the week AFTER my wedding. Two short, party dresses. Overseas crap. Then I was told a store out of state had the sizes I need. That store refused to ship them to my store. I spent seven days on the phone with various David's Bridal people only to go to Macy's for my dresses. Don't waste your time.

Overall I'd have to say I am pleased with davids bridal. They were actually very flexible with me. Last minute they even let me exchange my dress. They had a very large selection and when they have a sale their prices are unbelievable.

I was very disappointed in David’s Bridal. I give them props on having gorgeous dresses and a nice selection is prince ranges. However the alterations department was a nightmare.I took my dress in January because I needed my gown to be shortened just a few inches. I came back to try it on and they just rolled the fabric up and sewed it leaving a horrible ring a few inches around my knees. Looked like some space object under my dress. Horrible experience. I felt like I was sold. I asked for different styles because I was unsure what type of dress I wanted and the consultant kept bringing me the same dress but with variations on the beading! I wasn't told until after the purchase that there are no refunds! I made a few appointments for my bridesmaids to come down and get fitted and both times they lost our appointment and were stuck doing everything on our own ( in all honesty though, I can't complain about the bridesmaids they all got what they wanted .. ... read more

I didn't want to spend a lot on my dress... this is the perfect place to get a beautiful dress for not a lot of money!

I love my dress and they made a perfect bustle and fitting was great. But the cost of alterations was outrageously expensive. If I had to do it again, I'd do my own alterations before I pay what I did to david's bridal. But don't get me wrong, they're work was amazing.
