I LOVED my dress for the wedding, and it was a complete bargain. The staff at the David's Bridal at Arrowhead were great with any alterations and fittings, and I felt so beautiful in my dress. You could waste money on an over the top wedding gown and spend thousands of dollars, or you could be realistic and buy one of the awesome and well-priced dresses at David's Bridal!!
I had no problems with my wedding dress, but all of my maids had trouble getting theres from the store, taking a long time to get their dress, and rude staff.
I hate davids bridal. If i didn't have bridesmaids in other states i would never have gone there. They are not helpful at all, and i feel like the people that work there don't ever really know what they're doing. Would not reccomend for brides to get their dresses from here, and if you can avoid getting bridesmaid dresses from there, please go somewhere else.
The only reason that I stuck with Davids Bridal was because I fell in love with the dress that I ended up buying for my special day. The professionalism and attitude that we received was ridiculous. When getting married and planning a wedding, the bride to be is already stressed. Davids Bridal pushed me over the edge. The goal when I went in there was to not cry. REQUEST ALLISON!! She was wonderful, fun, friendly and professional. She made games out of chosing my dress... and had such great input and advice. She pointed things out to me that I would not have taken into consideration, and made the HARD choice of chosing the perfect dress the easiest decision throughout the whole planning process! It was a GREAT experience... the store was very clean, and relaxing, making it easy to feel at ease when finding the perfect dress for your big day.
I spent more on my wedding dress than I had meant to, but how do you say "no" to the dress that makes your mother cry? Our consultant, Stephanie was incredibly helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. When I told her I did not want to buy a veil or tiara, she did not push. And the dress was on sale! Overall, I didn't expect to get such great service and I'm glad I bought from David's.
They were a bit pushy and we had some issue with scheduling (dress wasn't ready when we went to pick it up), but the dress was beautiful and I had a blast trying on all the dresses with our consultant.
David's Bridal is so busy that unless you make an appointment you will be waiting for hours and even when you do make an appointment you end up waiting. The bridesmaids dress selection was not good. Especially if you have three different body types. Also, they do not have a wide variety for plus size brides, there is one wall. The same thing for the flower girl dresses.
