One of my bridesmaids lives in Phoenix and could not come home (NM) so we had to send her to her local store.Well, the ladies at the Phoenix store treated my bridesmaid wonderfully and she was in and out of the store with measurements in less than 15 minutes!
I was able to find a beautiful dress but did not get as much help or assistance as I expected.
Bridesmaid Dress Nightmare- the dresses were over a month late ( good thing we ordered extra early), also a good thing that they did not require alterations, as my wedding party was out of state and we would not have them back in time. When I asked what they would do for me, since it was a shipping problem...they told me that I could rush the alterations (ie- pay extra), but that "it wasn't a big deal since I still had 2 weeks till my wedding date). Purchased Maid of Honor's Dress at this location. Nice selection. Helpful sales associates. I purchased my dress at another location. Wonderful selection of gowns. Very helpful sales associates.
The first time I went in to the Paradise Valley store, I was very disappointed in the lack of service I received. The saleswoman I had was helping another bride to be at the same time as me. I spent quite a bit of time standing around waiting.The next time I went in, I had better service. I ended up falling in love with a dress and purchased it. They had alot of selection. many beautiful gowns but I wanted a ballero made out of the fabric I had (champagne) they didn't let me know that they make balleros i had to learn this from my sister in law 2 months after my wedding. they were still good though.
I found a great dress for a very reasonable price at David's Bridal. The customer service isn't always the best, but overall I had a good experience there. A friend did my alterations, so I'm not sure how their alteration department is. The dress arrived with plenty of time and was what I expected.
Though I did have problems with this store, they got me the dresses I wanted, at very reasonable prices.
i loved the service i got at david's bridal. they really made sure that my attire was excited what i wanted. my dress alteration were great as well. they wanted to make sure i got exactly was i needed. the price is very reasonable for the product. all my girls dresses looked great and there were so many styles to choose from.
