First of all, I'm no where near impressed with the Dresses at David's Bridal. They all seem to lack a certain something. Second, many of them are overpriced, like the one I bought. They seemed to raise the price for every little add on I wanted. I'm definitely not recommending anyone to go to this store.

I received the perfect amount of attention from the ladies at David's Bridal. The service was great and the dress was exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I ever really had was the amount you have to put down for layaway and that the "nice" dress cover costs more. I think if you pay good money for the dress the cover should be free. But it was still worth every penny.

I loved the dresses I got at David's Bridal, both my wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses. My wedding dress was about 500 dollars including under garments and veil. The dress has very intricate bead work and has a chapel length train. The dress itself was a great value and my bridesmaids got 20 dollars off their own dresses. My groom got a free tux rental (the best tux they had) because I did business with David's Bridal. Their prices are great but their service leaves something to be desired. The service as fantastic and all the dresses where beautiful. We got all the bridal party dresses from Davids bridal. The cost of the alterations was almost as much as my dress and I didn't have that many alterations the same went for my brides maids. Other than that they where great.

I love my dress, however I do not care for the staff at the Phoenix location. The sales person I worked with named Shelley was more concerned with why I was in a previous time and was helped by someone else in her store, and not her. Basically she was worried about her commission (about splitting it with another sales person) and not concerned about helping me with my dress. She is very unprofessional and needs to learn some tact.

This is one place where I had to order my bridesmaids dress out of state. They were rude to me and slightly inflexible about the pickup times and dates.

The women who helped me was monotone and unfriendly. She talked me into getting a size 6, I really needed a 4 and then paid them tons to alter the dress later.

We both were happy with David's for the Wedding Dress, The Bridesmaid dresses, Grooms Tux, and Groomsmen's Tux rentals.If we were to do it over again... we would go there again.Thanks!
