I went with my best friend this past Sunday, we were treated horribly, from costumer service to everything. We had an appointment made, we were treated like complete trash. If you like to be mistreated definitely go to this place. The lady hardly paid attention to us, she hardly even complemented the bride, she was even rude about my friends tan. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated horribly

David’s Bridal is the most disgusting unprofessional business there is. A business that is supposed to make women feel beautiful after finding their dress but instead sends them out the door in tears after body shaming and treating them like they are stupid and incompetent. Went to assist a friend find a dress and the consultant was uninviting, coldly polite, and unhelpful. No platform to see how dress hangs, unknowledgeable about petticoats, foundation garments, or how to make experience less stressful. Had to ASK for veils petticoats, clips for fitting. Dress selection great. If this is self serve then that should be stated at beginning. Disappointed. Potato chip clips for fitting was hilarious. That was highlight! 👍🏽

Horrible! Beginning to end. Our attendant brought me dresses that didn’t fit and told me it was because I was I am a popular size. This confused me. Shouldn’t they have the popular sizes. So every dress was either way to big or way to tight. They kept taking dresses away that we were holding as part of the maybe group. EDIT: David's Bridal reached me and I sent them an e-mail with more details. Turns out they said they "have partnered with our store team who have advised us that during your fitting you were informed that this request could not be made". In other words, I am a liar.
