Not pleased at all. I went with with mom and my sister who's getting married and she had a set appointment. We checked in the front and was told to go look at dresses and they will come find us when they were ready. 40 minutes later we finally get a lady that shows us to the dressing room and gets the list of dresses we liked. When my sister started trying on the dresses our sales lady disappeared and rarely helped us and every time she did we felt like we were just a inconvenience and kept checking her watch. I went to the ABQ David's Bridal and my experience was ok. We had an appointment but no one helped us. My bridesmaids found two dresses they really liked. We ended up purchasing one of the dresses but the other dress wasn't available in store in her size. After we inquired about ordering the correct size she said, " Good thing you guys came in today, because only if you order within the next 12 hours you will get the dress before your 11/11 wedding," (we visited on 7/17). Brides-to-be: do not, I repeat, do not shop David's Bridal. We have had the most horrendous struggle in prep for my sister's big day. She was refused water during her fitting, I was called a liar for attempting to pick up a dress, and most recently my dress arrived way too small with no time to order another. Through it all we have been accused of doing wrong on our part, or lied to. I am very disappointed, my fiance bought a prom dress for my step daughter at your store in Win-Rock mall in Albuquerque, nm let me say this is the last time i will every step foot, give money to, or recommend your store to anyone. The staff never once asked if we needed help. Even after they heard our complaints, they seem uninterested in assisting us or rectifying the problem. I'm so glad that we went somewhere else and received a much more personal experience. Weddings are stressful enough on brides...

When I walked in they said welcome to David's bridal then asked if I had an appointment that was it. Then I started looking around was finding anything so I went back up and asked questions a lady told me this is where bridesmaid dresses are and mother of the bride dresses and that was it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the worst part about it, is the worst employee is their store manager, Jacqueline. She not once asked the bride (me) what my issue or concern was and just allowed me to get a FULL refund of $800+. She was rude and if I would have continued, she would have stayed arguing with me.
