We were not informed of having to share the attendant and she very rude in a statement she made.

Honestly I wish I could say I had a great experience but sadly I didn't either time. Thank god for my MOH and my wonderful BM's they found a dress they all loved and we figured it out, no thanks to the lady who helped us all she did was Measure them wrong and look up to see if they have that dress in their sizes which ended up being wrong. She didn't even upload it to my account so they all knew which dress. If I could go back a year to the day I got my wedding dress, I would have definitely waited if I knew the service I was going to experience while shopping for my bridesmaid dresses was going to be as bad as it was last night. Our stylist was rude. She kept leaving during the appointment that I had scheduled. She was late starting my scheduled appointment and then rushed us to leave. Glad we took our business elsewhere. And we found something tha fit the style of my wedding better.

Went to look for some bridesmaids dresses today and got the worst service. The front desk people were quite nice but when it came to the person helping us it felt as though she could care less. She was very rude and seemed to be trying to hurry us up. Before I was even done trying on dresses she took my name off the door I was in, I'm guessing to give to someone else? We left soon after given it seemed we were annoying her, although, it is her job to help. I'm glad we got our dresses elsewhere. Never again.

They will not take care of you at this store they need a lot of help on their customer service and styling.

The workers were very rude and were not very friendly. I was very excited to try on wedding dresses but I left because the workers were awful! I will never go back to this place.

Employees aren't very friendly the STYLIST that helped us wasn't much help she had a sour face kept her distance didn't talk much I rather return to David's Bridal unless Bess is on duty in I had an appointment back in Sept when Bess helped me with fitting of bridal dresses she was an AWESOME help Yesterday Dec 23 I had an appointment for my bride's maids the young girl that helped wasn't any help.
