I walked in today during a sale they were having. There were 2 other customers momentarily (1 that walked in ahead of me). Sales associates everywhere, many of which noticed that my mother, my daughter, and I were obviously shopping and yet not a single one stopped to ask us if we needed assistance or even a simple hello! If I could I would give 0 stars! I had the worst experience with this David’s bridal!! I ordered my dress & veil 3 months ago, when my dress came in my veil wasn’t with it so I called & they tell me the sales person didn’t order it, that’s fine they ordered it & it should be here in more than enough time but when they shipped it to me they put the wrong address. (MARCH) "All the dresses you've selected will be in around early to mid July - 12 weeks, if you order them this week. There's also a sale through May 7th, which is the latest you should order." From the day I walked into this place it’s been nothing but a disaster. I told myself I would never shop here after they destroyed my sisters dress in alterations, but I found a dress I loved and it was at David’s. One thing after another it’s been bad. This place steals your money with no remorse. Offers up promises they don’t keep and when you complain they apologize and lie some more about helping you out and making things right. I was promised calls back in 24hrs...yet no call. I was promised a refund...yet no refund. Their return policy is a scam, even when they send the wrong size of dress they make you pay the shipping to send it back to them and make you buy another dress before they will refund the money. It is ok. Sucks that you only have so much time, an hour. than you have to come back and make another appointment. It would be nice to have longer, we were almost there.
This was the 4th dress that I bought from them. Everything was great, my consultant was awesome! The only thing was the manager was a hot head. Acted like she was better than me and kept messing with the tip of her hair and looking around. Also she took my dress to get cleaned and it came back worse I had to clean it my self when I got home. Other than the manager and who ever cleans the dresses it was a good experience.
We were so excited to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter.But We had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. Then the sales lady we had 'mia' was rude and kept looking at her watch. Then told us 'our time is over' shortly after we started trying on dresses. My daughter's experience was awful. She should of been treated like a beautiful princess not an inconvenience!!!!! Never going back. Don't go here.
