My stylist ditched me for another bride. 🤷🏻♀️
Took a long time for a salesperson to help us. When we finally decided on a dress, it took even longer to checkout. We finally left without purchasing the dresses. I don’t think they even noticed as they seemed not to care about helping us.

went in just to take a look and figure out brides maide dresses and style. the store was empty. No service. I had to ask and the representative was in a rush to leave. We got my daughter's dress at the David's bridal in Port Orange; Altamonte is closer for me. I will need to find another store or another bridal vendor. Sigh

If you are looking for a bridal shop to find the wedding dress of your dreams, or even a bridesmaid dress to complete your bridal party, look elsewhere, this is not the shop you want. I’m not sure I have ever, in my entire adult life, been so disappointed by a shopping experience. On January 20, 2019 my friend made an appointment at the Altamonte Springs David’s Bridal. I went in and my bridesmaids and I picked out about 7 dresses to try on. There was1 dress I absolutely loved. Hannah, the attendant wrote down all the ticket numbers and I even told her I wanted to try the butterfly dress I loved first. She took us over to a room and left us to get the dresses in my size, or a size I could try on. When she came back, she brought 3 dresses and told me she may have written the tag number wrong for the butterfly dress but she would get it. Pros: I did end up finding a dress there that I liked and it was a reasonable price. Some of the employees were nice and fairly helpful. Cons: I was given misinformation several times. Quite a few of the employees were rude and unhelpful. The alterations costs almost as much as the dress and they were poorly done. When I got my dress back it was too tight on the sides and scratched up my skin pretty badly. I hadn't gained any weight from my fitting so that was not the issue.
