Customer service was just ok and the whole bridal party spent a lot of money for it to just be ok...we were there for close to 5 hours and the store doesn't offer any kind of drink service?? We were so thirsty by the time we left there..i was pretty disappointed with our experience but pleased with the price of our dresses. Hopefully corporate will make some changes.

The person who helped me was great but the dresses are awful, nothing looked good on me. The material seems really cheap and just really unflattering. I must have tried on 25 different dresses and styles.

This David's Bridal is awful! My friend and I went to try on our bridesmaids dresses. There was one bride in there and 5 workers standing around. We told them the bride's name that was registered so we can try on that dress. We had to wait over an hour to have someone help us. We were given various excuses. We didn't have an appt and they were about to have a shift change, etc. When we were finally helped we had to wait for another person to look up our party. They didn't have a good selection of sizes. Came here to look for my wedding dress and I had the worst person helping me. She didn't size me to know what size dress I needed nor did she pick any dress that I like. I left here in tears. I have a credit card with this company and was very disappointed in what they had to offer.

The consultants are rude and don't care to make you feel great as you shop for your big day. Dress was scheduled to arrive 10 days before wedding, naturally I was concerned. The manager called today to say they have expedited will arrive 4 weeks prior. Thanks Danika.
Terrible. Had an appointment to try on bridal gowns. Attendant was extremely rude and rushed me along. She tried to talk me out of trying on several dresses that I had selected. It was so bad that my mom and sister noticed and spoke with the manager. The manager switched me to another attendant. But still a bad experience overall.
