Bought 3 dresses online with plans to keep best fitting dress. All 3 fit criteria for return but after 3 days of trying I am still unable to print the required RMA for the return and I’m nearly out of the 14 day window. I’ve also had no answer via email or via phone. Beyond frustrating experience and ZERO customer service. Will never shop here or recommend.

I love David bridal ,even when i got married in 2012 they are sweet on time and very professional, even alterations are sweet and professional now my sister is feeling the experience.

awful customer service. front desk was super rude and treated us like second class citizens. very sarcastic and condescending. would not recommend them for anything!! dont spend your money there.

Just walked around that store for about 20 mins. No one said a word to me. Guess I won’t be buying my dress or any of my bridesmaids dresses here.

I bought my wedding dress from David’s Bridal in Gainesville and had an amazing experience. I took my bridesmaids and flower girl to the altamonte location and had a terrible experience. We had an appointment and were told my flower girl couldn’t try anything on because we wouldn’t have time. Our stylist introduced herself and then disappeared until we were ready to leave. Before I get into this, I want to make it known that this complaint is not about David's Bridal as a whole, only one specific location. I bought my wedding dress from the Altamonte Mall location and fell in love immediately. I also got another dress for my reception from the same location and love it just as much. I pre selected several dresses before my appointment and when I arrived none of the dresses were in my selection. I was told my dresses were on clearance and could not be found. My appointment was from 12-1:30, at 1:20 I saw one of my favorite dresses on another guest and asked to try it on, I was told I only had 10 mins left and could not. I love my dress and it’s beyond beautiful. The alterations went great and I have the perfect gown for my big day. I didn’t like how pushy some of the sales ladies are, it feels like going to a car dealership. Just to look around you have to sign in, it feels like they push you to get more accessories and extras just to make more commission. When I came to pickup my dress and try it on, no one offered to help since it was already paid for. If I didn’t already love my gown, I would have gone elsewhere.
