I did come a little late for my appointment with some of my bridesmaids but when I got there they barely helped until the very end, it was very un organized. Will not be returning to this Davids Bridal again.

I bought my wedding dress at the Sunrise location and had a great experience, but unfortunately for my bridesmaids they did not have the same experience as I did. We made an appointment MONTHS prior and when we got there yesterday at the Altamonte Mall location it was a nightmare. When we got there I felt like my girls and I instantly got judged. The new store looks beautiful, but the customer service was terrible past the front desk. The consultant told my mother to look for dresses we would like, then walked away. She returned 30 minutes later because we asked someone in the front desk to call her. She came back for two minutes, saw two of the gowns I liked then walked away. Didn't see her again for 15 minutes. Then, in the fitting room she would help me put the gown on, would not clip it tight enough and then she would leave hastily. I was really disappointed in my visit to Davids Bridal. I dropped in to buy my daughter an engagement gift and simply look around. I didn't need to be waited on and I appreciate they are busy, but they couldn't even be bothered to greet me.

We were in yesterday. The staff person we had was not very helpful. The dress my daughter picked out was a dress on sale and she could not afford it. The sales person neglected to tell us the dress was on sale we only found out by calling to have the dress put on hold because someone was going to buy the dress for her the next day we then found out it was on sale which meant a lot to us. I went in this weekend and had a horrible experience. Sure, the new location is prettier, but thats where the good ends. My "consultant" basically said - How much do you want to spend, here's our inventory, pick out what you want and we'll try it on --- that's not consulting. I chose from the VERY limited inventory they had (not like the other store). She then "got my size" which were too big, and basically left us in the fitting room area. Had a bridal party appointment here the other day and at first, our consultant was awesome and very attentive. But as soon as all 5 of us were shoved into one changing room together, we saw her only once more the whole appointment. She was now only paying attention to a bride shopping for a dress. I went to grab dresses myself and put them back. At the end of our appointment, she was nowhere in sight, so we just walked out. Very annoying.
