This is by far the best bridal experience I've had!!! I went in with my best friend for her appointment, we were greeted right away. The whole staff was super friendly. The best part was our consultant Nancy she listened to what my friend wanted and needed. She was super knowledgeable about the dresses and even suggested some great options. What an experience my family and I had this past Sunday, March 31. My granddaughter, Andrea, was looking for a wedding cress. Once we were signed in, Alexa came to talk to us. Once she noticed it was five of us, she went and got some chairs. Andrea had selected four dresses and Alexa helped her with each one and also explained to Andrea and us all the features of each dress. Alexa was super. Finding my dress at Davids Bridal was a wonderful experience. The consultant I had was so helpful and made me feel like a princess. However, I had many challenges with ordering my bridesmaids dresses and lack of communication and/or misinformation. I felt as though the first consultation was the best and then after that there was a lack of responsiveness and difficulty. I showed up early for my appointment, which I realize can be an issue for a fitting. The employee at the front was very nice and accommodating, but the stylists didn't even ask me once if I needed anything during their other appointments. I realize I wasn't their appointment, but they blatantly igrnored me and it was irritating. I was still a paying customer who ended up using them despite their rudeness because my friend is registered there. It would have been nice to even get a "be with you in a minute comment."
