The lady who assisted me was so lovely and funny and really made me feel at ease. Gave us a tour of the massive shop. Really helpful in finding a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. Would highly recommend. Ended up having a fun time trying on dresses which isn't usually my thing AT ALL. Brilliant customer service !! Can't say enough how much the lady helping me was FAB!! Lucky to have her davids bridal. Hopefully will be back for a tiara some day.

Laura was great. Really helpful. Cannot find fault with the service at the store. Immaculate shop floor & lovely relaxed atmosphere. I didn't like the automated phone service. Tried to call in advance & would have preferred to go directly through to store
