I would not shop for any kind of dress at David's Bridal, especially the Birmingham store. They have a member of staff that commented on my sisters size, six weeks ago I went to complain to them as my sister was so upset over it. I asked them to write to her and apologise and they couldn't even do that. Having chased them and got more annoyed, I finally spoke to the manager today who suggested it was my sister who made the comment...needless to say, no written apology for my sister. Incredible experience! Worked with Zain to find a bridesmaid's dress, and I could not be happier. Zain was professional but friendly and energetic and had a great eye. Picking out the dresses was so easy and fun, and they had so many options! Absolutely recommend!

Terrible customer service! I have been trying to order Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses for 2 of my bridesmaids via the phone and had to call back a couple of times with measurements etc. I called the store on Tuesday to place the order, but the lady I had been talking to was off and not back until today (Friday). I was told on the phone that the current promo (£30 off a VW dress) would still be honored when I called back on Friday. My Daughter and myself had an appointment at Davids Bridal to find my daughter's dream gown. Our stylist was Jess very friendly and with a lot of patients my daughter lives in Germany she said she couldn't find her dream dress in Germany but found it at Davids Bridal. Jess had put our order through the dresses arrived in the store within 3 months. A special thanks to Jess. Alisha was an amazing consultant she definitely puts a hundred percent into her job. Nothing was to much trouble for her such a pleasant young lady . I purchased my wedding dress and now my bridesmaids dresses to . Definitely recommend David’s to family and friends.

Amazing! I had Jess who found me my dream dress and was just brilliant in every way possible - so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for me! I took my bridesmaids with me too and they loved her as well! I had Jess again when I went to pick up my dress and try it on again and she was fantastic, her customer service is second to none and she's very intuitive. I've been telling all of my recently engaged friends to go and see her!

My experience wuth David's Bridal in Birmingham started well but ended in tears, frustration and an additional £150 being spent to correct the alteration work done by David's. Still very upset as wedding is in less than 3 weeks and having dress sorted by now was further delayed as appointment made over the phone was not scheduled when I arrived for alteration appointment in early May.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Kelly (?) the Welsh lady especially. It was a repeat visit to the shop and she remembered me from months ago =) Another good experience at this huge wedding shop with personal attention and genuine interest in your event.
