Strange experience to say the least. This was the first time I had tried on a wedding dress, so understandably wasn't going to purchase the first dress I tried on. I had to rate the dress out of 10, which made me feel uncomfortable especially when I gave one dress a score of 5 the 'consultant' appeared to take the score personally? A school trip arrived whilst I was trying dresses on, poorly organised in my opinion. I should have been informed about this and would have made my appointment later. My daughter had the most horrendous experience at David's Bridal Birmingham. The dress she picked was lovely but the customer service in the alterations department was diabolical. Firstly our appointment ran over an hour late with no apology, the appointment was rushed and not personal. Follow up appointment there were holes in the illusion net on the back. Third appointment, the dress was now 4 inches too small! No apologies, no owning up to mistakes, accused my daughter of putting on weight. I would avoid them at all cost... read more

My fiancée came back in tears after the way she was treated at David's Bridal Birmingham. They made her feel terrible, they had shoddy customer service and most importantly they repeatedlt lied to her when she called them out on a mistake they made and did not even try to apologise. If I could give a minus star rating I would.

I visited the shop yesterday along with my sister and best friend to find a wedding dress. Faye looked after us and she couldn't have been more helpful. I tried on 5 dresses and that was enough i picked the first one i tried on. I must admit i wasn't really looking forward to trying on loads of dresses but Faye made the whole experience far relaxing than i expected . I would recommend this place to all . Thank you Angela

I have been so impressed with both the quality of the beautiful dresses here and the customer service provided by Nicole! She made what was quite a daunting process really easy and knew exactly what dress would suit both my body and personality. The warm service and gorgeous gowns were well worth travelling for - I would highly recommend to any brides to be! Definitely ask for Nicole! :)
