My experience at David's Bridal was okay- definitely could have been better but also could have been worse. First off we were given one hour for 7 girls to find dresses- already a very hard task. Our stylist spent about 20-25 minutes taking my bridesmaids measurements and grabbing one dress for each of them to try on. The customer service was terrible. My mother wanted a MOB dress and not once did they help her. They gave her a change room and walked away. I wanted shoes to go with my wedding dress and no one helped me find shoes or sizes. I would not recommend them at all. I guess unless I'm spending thousands of dollars on a wedding dres you are not worth their time.

I originally gave this location a 1 star. However, after yesterday's experience, I have changed my mind. The woman we worked with to try on communion dresses was lovely. And when she noticed something missing from a dress, she went on the hunt and replaced it which I found to be the perfect touch to the dress. A much better experience this time around - I will likely be back whenever I have an excuse too!

Very crowded.. and you only get a mirror on your change room door to look at your dress. My consultant was not listening to me and never pulled what I liked even though i showed her pictures and kept repeating that I wanted certain things. She kept dissapearing when I came out of the dressing room and my mom had to be the one to do up my dress half the time. After an hour and a half your time it up and you have to leave (which is NOT enough time to find your wedding dress)

Basically the people here were rude and unaccomodating. We went shopping there at the beginning of this month for 6 Bridesmaid Dresses and 1 Flower Girl Dress. After choosing the dress they went to their computer and told me there was no way to get it in by my June Wedding. So defeated we picked another and again they said there is no way this dress will arrive on time. Customer service is seriously lacking and the hidden fees are disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. Id create a paragraph on how disappointed I am but all you have to do is scroll down to see countless more bad experiences.
I had the worst experience of my life here. First they told the bride that the brides mate dresses that she liked would work well with members of the wedding party trying to get pregnant. (Since both myself and sister in law were both trying and my soon to be sister in law knew this.) When we ordered the dresses and were measure they promised the were giving us enough room to become pregnant in.
