Would not honour the fact bridesmaid dress was on sale when I picked it up today. The difference was $30. Not a lot of money but as a huge North American business and having bought 2 bridesmaids dresses in the last year, I felt that good customer service would be to refund me the difference in the dress that I purchased less than a month ago. The manager was not helpful and apparently lacks customer service skills. If you need a dress, I recommend you try another David’s Bridal or another independent Bridal retailer.

They ordered the wrong dress for my sister then said they didn't have time to order the right one (still had 5 months until the wedding). Didn't make fixing THEIR own mistake a priority. Instead gave my sister the right dress but 3 sizes too big (probably so they didn't have to purchase another dress, the dress that she wanted and paid for!) They did give a discount on alterations but we wouldn't have had to do as many alterations if we had the right dress and the right size that she ordered in the first place!

I've purchased many dresses from here before (including my own wedding party) while being fitted for a friends wedding I was pregnant. I told them that I would loose the weight. However I still felt pressured to get the bigger dress size. I tried on my dress and its to big. Yesterday I spoke with a manager who said I could come in and exchange the dress for a smaller size. While they have a good selection of dresses Brides.....BEWARE of Alteration costs BEFORE you purchase....its TOO LATE ... after you have purchased the dress. Alerations for my daughter in laws dress was well over 1,000 dollars !!!!!!!!

My experience at David's Bridal was okay- definitely could have been better but also could have been worse. First off we were given one hour for 7 girls to find dresses- already a very hard task. Our stylist spent about 20-25 minutes taking my bridesmaids measurements and grabbing one dress for each of them to try on. The customer service was terrible. My mother wanted a MOB dress and not once did they help her. They gave her a change room and walked away. I wanted shoes to go with my wedding dress and no one helped me find shoes or sizes. I would not recommend them at all. I guess unless I'm spending thousands of dollars on a wedding dres you are not worth their time.

I originally gave this location a 1 star. However, after yesterday's experience, I have changed my mind. The woman we worked with to try on communion dresses was lovely. And when she noticed something missing from a dress, she went on the hunt and replaced it which I found to be the perfect touch to the dress. A much better experience this time around - I will likely be back whenever I have an excuse too!

Very crowded.. and you only get a mirror on your change room door to look at your dress. My consultant was not listening to me and never pulled what I liked even though i showed her pictures and kept repeating that I wanted certain things. She kept dissapearing when I came out of the dressing room and my mom had to be the one to do up my dress half the time. After an hour and a half your time it up and you have to leave (which is NOT enough time to find your wedding dress)
