I really can't say enough about my experience this past weekend with October. She is a wonderful associate and made my day perfect. I went into the appointment without the intention of purchasing a dress as I planned to wear a dress that had already been purchased. However, I wanted to KNOW that I wanted the dress and that there wasn't something else out there for me. Terrible experience. Overcrowded, kids screaming, and not enough chairs to go around. I overheard multiple people up front complaining about the service that day. I completely understand it was a Saturday and appointments are shared, but my party felt like it was almost completely ignored. Within 10 minutes we wanted to leave. I don't recommend. You're better off going to one of the nice bridal salons in Charleston.
