I love davids bridal but a woman named Shannon followed me around the entire time and was very rude.
My daughter was in there yesterday and the lady working was down right rude and told her she didn't have any time for her left ... You might wanna check your staff
The people at David's bridal are not helpful and not friendly at all. We had an appointment and still we were ignored. If there were more places to chose from I feel like they may hire differently. They need a more knowledgeable staff with lots of enthusiasm... This is the biggest day of brides lives and they should feel the excitement the moment they walk in the door. I was very disappointed with my LAST visit here.
Went with a friend who had an appt and we waited forever because the consultant was busy with others who walked in this is not the frist time ive experienced this get more consultants or dont give them more then one person at a time
Great selection with dresses for any occasion but service not 100% awesome, just have to go on a slow day. Staff not 100% organized, you sometimes have to call up there for yourself to find out if orders are in.
