Worst experience of my life. Completely heartbroken. My "consultant"/ "Stylist" McKenna Anderson was very inexperienced and negligent of her job as a stylist. She not once asked how we felt about the dresses or showed us other options, once she put my bridesmaid's in dresses and a color she couldn't get until a month after my wedding. I recommend that David’s Bridal allow more than 2 people in with the bride to be. I mean if they are the only ones with an appointment at that time and it’s “their” family then why does it hurt to have more than 2 people? This is a trying time for all brides to be with this pandemic and this just makes it worse for them. They don’t get the normal experience.
PSA to all potential brides DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO DAVID’S BRIDAL for anything! High pressure, scare tactics, extremely poor customer service. Dirty dresses, and screwed up alterations. I was going to wait and do this after we got the dress back and everything was good. But everything is not good. I have only just begun!

My Fiancé arrived at your store yesterday for her final fitting. While attempting to, and having difficulty buttoning , clasping or zippering her dress, your associate comments “Are you wearing the shapewear you wore last time”? When told no, she( your employee) then says “ Well, you should really should wear it when trying on your dress”. This David’s Bridal location has consistently been a disappointment for years. In 2014 when I was shopping for my wedding dress the employee assigned to me for my number out of their system and started calling me on her personal phone. She wanted to be friends, which I later found out she and her husband wanted a “bedroom friend”. I felt violated and disgusted. I drive 174 miles to the location with fitting appointment. Yes there is a tropical storm in North Carolina more than 100 miles away. They send me out confirmation for fitting and then they are closed no call to tell me but they sent confirmation last night and this morning about my appointment. Laketa offered the best customer service. I did not have an appointment but she assisted me while she had other clients. Everyone in the store was pleasanr despite the busy Saturday morning. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks for going the extra mile Laketa!!!
DB did not make me feel like a bride or special at all. I felt like a giant inconvenience & the lady wasn’t helpful at all. It was very disheartening.
