I loved the dress but sadly I will never shop here again for a dress. It was very disappointing the only thing that was done to. My dress was the back part they didn't even do the breast part in. My dress they just added more padding and the top part didn't even fit I had to like safety pin the around the breast part on my wedding day. Them the lady that does alterations their tells me. You know they are quite friendly however on my wedding day my corset broke, even after three alterations so they could fix stuff that should have never been and issue I asked so they can pull this sucker tight and it won't pop right? WRONG wedding day is here my corset popped my dress keeps falling off. I would go anywhere but there for alterations. I will tell everyone $500+ for alterations that aren't even done right is crazy. We have enough stress but not I've got to worry about they terrible job they've done.

The staff is extremely rude, and do not care about customers at all, I refuse to step foot in your store. I went for the second time to try on dresses, I had called to set up an appointment to find a wedding dress with a 1500.00 budget and also said I need to look at bridesmaid dresses i needed to purchase 5 of them, and was also looking at flower girl dresses. I am a bridesmaid in a late April wedding. The bride booked an appointment time in January, and we were early/on time. We had to wait a few minutes, but were patient since it was a busy time for them. Once we got settled, the associate must have been new because she wasn't completely on top of our needs and what should have taken us maybe a half hour, took an hour, THEN we were at the front desk for another hour. Second time writing this is guessing davids bridal doesn't want to post it since it isn't favorable for them. I first made an appointment in the store to try on dresses the lady who was helping me had an attitude and acted like we were just wasting her time. David's Bridal, you lost a customer today. You treated me like a number and kept shuffling me in and out of dressing rooms because you were busy and wanted to get people in and out. I wouldve bought a $300 dress today, but when I asked a girl to help me zip it up, she was too busy and wouldn't help me.
