My poor sister kept working out to be her Best for her wedding. The day before the wedding we tried all our gowns on for fun and discovered the horror that my sister's dress no longer fit perfectly. We RUSHED to David's Bridal closest to us (we bought the dress at David's bridal Kenwood but that did not matter!) I have to admit, when we first walked in and nobody spoke to us, I was shocked. Then after we walked around for 20 minutes and still nobody had even tried to address us, I was ready to leave. Luckily we had a bride that needed a dress and she was determined. After we had our arms loaded with dresses, we lucked out and Crystal walked up front. Crystal was completely incredible. I went in with a tiny budget and big dreams. SHE MADE IT HAPPEN! She was so very patient and kind. You could tell she genuinely cared. I’m so grateful for such a blessed experience. I’m in love with my dress and feel like I find a new friend.
I came in two days before my senior prom after my plans with a different dress fell through, and my experience at David’s Bridal was wonderful. I was helped by Thelma and the store manager Erin. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, definitely one of the easiest and stress-free experiences I’ve had while trying to find a dress. I came in extremely anxious and left feeling relieved and in love with my new dress.
This place was a pleasant surprise. The customer service is amazing! No pushy sales, and great communication skills. I’d like to thank Erin, Cassidy and Kendal for going above and beyond to accommodate what I wanted! Definitely gained a loyal customer.
