Kalia was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I had a 10:30am appointment today, and as of 11am, there were still no employees at the store and the doors were locked. There were at least 30 other girls outside the door and in the parking lot waiting but no one ever came. Everyone tried calling and didn’t get an answer. Eventually someone called the Kenwood store and was told that the Springdale store didn’t have a manager and that a manager from another store would have to come open up and we “could be waiting a while.” Eventually everyone just left.

I had a great experience with my consultant! She helped me find my dress, great accessories, and even had the alterations lady take a look to make sure it could be altered to fit me correctly!

All employees are very pleasant and show enthusiasm for the bride or bridal party. Erin helped us pick out a flower girl dress today. Erin is very knowledgeable about the products and styles offered. She knows how to accessorize any style to achieve the look we were going for. And we purchased the dress the same day!

The girl who was helping look for a dress, did not listen at all as to what I was looking for. I explained the type of dress, showed several pictures of different things I was looking for, but yet I felt she was just pulling random dress off the racks. If I said I didn't care for a dress, she got a bad attitude. I was very disappointed.
