David's Bridal dropped the ball dropping off one of my good friends wedding dress just leaving it bunched up in an open box at the door. This left it open to the elements and even the possibility of her future husband seeing her dress before her wedding, way to not be there for couples at their times of need especially after she spent almost $2,000 on a dress the one thing that would still make her day special. We are very disappointed and unhappy this needs to be rectified.

Amanda was AMAZING. I was not anticipating actually finding my dress yesterday but she ended up leading me right to it. I showed her my favorite styles and she instantly knew where my head was at. She was patient with me AND my crew and did her best to listen to everyone's input to find the best combination. My experience was amazing at this location. I’m in a wedding that has a large party and I was the last one to selection my dress. I was told that I only had three options by the another location so when I came into this location I was already doubtful that I was going to find something that fit the bill that was required and that I liked. First of all I did not have an appointment. There was no one else in the store on a Monday mid day at the clearwater mall location. My mother and I were dress shopping for the first time yesterday. A day we will forever remember. We walked in and we were greeted with smiles and Donna and the manager told us to start picking out dresses. Poor experience today. Not one person asked if I needed help and then I waited in line for 20 minutes while the disorganized staff and rude customers hashed out their layaway plan. The carpets were gross and the the place in disarray.
