I had such a great experience yesterday. My consultant's name is Nikki, she was so awesome. She was so patient and extremely helpful. She picked the perfect dress for me. I absolutely recommend any bride to be to go there and to see Nikki
I had the best experiencing searching for the perfect dress! My consultant's name was Amethyst and she was wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted and picked out great dresses for me to try!
Do not get your alterations here. The staff selling the dress and checking me out was phenomenal but my alterations were a disaster. Had my dress 3 weeks and when I drove from an hour away to pick it up they hadn’t even completed some of the alterations. Did not tell me that nor call me to let me know. When I tried it on and said the arm pits / arm holes hadn’t been altered I was told they were short staffed. Also my nipples were showing since the cups weren’t sewn in in the proper place. This review is specifically for the alterations department and management because I feel like that could have been handled better. I went there with a dress that was 99.5% perfect. My very thin shoulder sleeves were just slightly too loose. I ended up being charged $160 for the sleeves, which needed maybe a quarter of an inch tightening if that, plus they suggested taking in the seems since I was making the sleeves tighter and they wanted to reshape the armholes.
