So far the only enjoyable experience I've had is actually finding and purchasing the dress. First I was told my belt had come in (by the rudest lady imaginable), and I had no choice but to come within three days to pick up the belt, even though I was still waiting for the dress. When I get there to pick up the belt and explain to the manager what happened, she was irritated to hear that whoever I spoke to didn't say I could have it shipped to my home for free! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I worked in clothing retail for 5 years, and was assistant manager for 1 of those years! I have never experienced anything so disrespectful and degrading. I felt so uncomfortable and horrible about myself while spending time in this horrid store! The first visit buying my dress was great, but the other 10 times I had to go there was horrible! I have been in 3 times to this location. Every time the staff is rude and not willing to help at all. We have ended up buying all of our dresses online because staff wont take time to help or even answer a qestion. Today was no different. To the woman behind the counter, I am sorry I bothered you with a question. I thought that being a Bridal store that your job was to help the bride be her best on her big day. I know three young brides that had terrible customer service at this particular David's Bridal. Don't shop there.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My sister went in to try on wedding dresses, and she found a dress that she loved! The associate working with her claimed that that dress that she loved, was discontinued. Unfortunately, the dress was not in her size. We asked her to go look in the system to see if there were any more in the country. She came back quite quickly claiming that there were no more.
