Very disappointed in the staff, they didn't allow us to look at anything, no one offered to help; especially the manager, glad We drove to their Tampa location they are great�. Only one employee was helpful in clearwater was Kaitlin.

I stopped by last week to look for a wedding dress. Upon arriving, I was told to go and look through the dresses while she went to find out if they had any of the styles I previously picked out online. For one, they didn't have any of the ones I wanted to try. Two, it took me and my party of 3 others about 40 minutes to even find something within my price range. I’m very disappointed in the service received here. We went on January 14th for a dress I saw online as part of the $99 sale. It wasn’t in the store which I understand, our consultant was still able to order it. We were told it would be available the middle of February. I received a call from a manager on 1/25 notifying me the dress I had ordered 11 days prior was not available and was also conveniently not on sale anymore. What an absolutely awful experience! I even gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue it took nearly 2 months for follow up and then there was a simple, "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do!" STAY AWAY... also the Versa dress seems to be defective, I spent a good portion of my wedding dinner removing the boning from the dresses. Thank you DB for demonstrating how a company should NOT handle customer complaints!

I made an appointment for 1:30 p and wasn’t seen until 1:50p. The consultant was not knowledgeable on the type of lace I liked and was less than helpful in getting me in and out of the dresses I was trying on. She seemed more occupied with another bride who exchanging a dress. The service was nothing to write home about and the selection was minimal.

The best part of the day was actually finding our dresses, with no help I might add. We get told to go walk through and pick out dresses we like then our stylist will come and help measure and get the perfect fit and styles. Well we picked out our own dresses and kept going back to get different sizes to find the right size as they run different from the norm ..... we picked our dresses, sizes with no help from anyone!! Just had an appointment at Davids Bridal for my 5 bridesmaids at 12:30, I made an appointment and when we got there they said to look around and someone would be with us shortly. No one ever showed up and we tried them on with little help. Since I made an appointment I was expecting to have someone help make an experience out of the day, which was not the case. We left within 30 minutes without finding anything. When we did ask for help we didn't receive it. I will not be going back.

Well, I went into Davids Bridal to purchase a dress for a wedding that I am in this coming September. I had my two year old daughter with me. She was looking at the dresses and telling me how pretty they were. She went under the clothes and I was going to grab her from underneath it, before I could get to her one of David's Bridal employees decided that they were going to grab her from underneath it. My fiancé showed up 30 mins before her appointment with the bridesmaids,the consultant told them they had hurry up do to another party coming.mind you she was still 30 mins early for her own.the girl knew nothing had to keep asking about everything.they were rude I would suggest you look else were and not shop here.
