Went in for hemming of my dress. Gabriella was polite, professional, and personable. We discussed the best length for me with the shoes I would wear (and was wearing for the fitting). As she worked, we discussed books and family, which made the time pass pleasantly. She worked carefully, then checked to ensure the length was even all around.
Came in to get my bridesmaids dress altered. Nada was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt great in my bridesmaids dress! Crystal and Justin were just as sweet and helpful through the whole process! BEST customer service.
Michelle helped me with my bridal dress alterations today and she was so informative! Not only did she give me options for my dress alterations, but she was so willing to provide me with ideas for my wedding and the full ‘bridal look’!
Super helpful and friendly! Really went out of her way to help all of the girls with finding their perfect fit. :)
