Absolutely terrible. They are always short staffed and not at all understanding. The alterations department is an absolute mess. I had to go back multiple times because they forgot bustles, hooks, etc. They book multiple people every 30 minutes and do not have the staff to keep up with it. When you spend over $2,000 in merchandise you should not have to go back multiple times for things to be done cheaply. I do not recommend buying or getting alterations done here. Just went there and had a bad experience. I was hounded the second I walked in the door when the employee insisted on having someone show me where the shoes are when I said I could find them on my own. I Found some dresses I liked but was hassled to death by the sales lady and extremely pushy manager. They kept telling me the dresses I liked were going to be discontinued unless I bought them today. Horrible experience and horrible representative and manager. BEWARE of DAVIDS BRIDAL!!!! I went to Davids bridal last weekend and had a horrible experience. First the representative told us as we were looking at the bridesmaids dresses there was only one rack of dresses to pick from . Out of this huge store we can only pick from one rack of dresses. David's Bridal is the worst- do not go here. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and they go back on their promised word. I was 9 months pregnant at the time I needed to order a bridesmaid dress and I specifically asked if I could order two sizes and return one after I gave birth. The dresses are in, however, they went back on their agreement and said their return policy has changed and that I am not able to be refunded and that they will only give me merchandise credit or exchange.
