Unfortunately David's Bridal did not come through in this national emergency which is very disappointing. Our venue cancelled our wedding and they wouldn't take the dress back which had no alterations. I understand the return policy, but do what is right for your customers in this national emergency. So sad to see. Not recommended for poor customer service.

My daughter's wedding is in late June. We have been to many Bridal shops in the last two weeks.The first shop was David's. She found the most beautiful dress and the woman that help her was nice. but the dress was way above her budget. At the other shops I can't tell you how many times we heard " Sorry we can't get this one. This after trying them on". so even though we didn't have an appointment we went back to David's last night. They sell your information to venders and their sales people lack customer service skills. There are plenty of other places to get a dress. Stay away!

Our sales consultant was not interested in our experience. Susan was only interested in making a sale. Ruined the day for my sister in the (the bride).

I went here expecting a large selection of wedding gowns and was very disappointed when they were almost all in plastic and crammed together so tightly. We could barely see the dresses to make a decision to try them on or not. The consultant was not very helpful and pulled barely any dresses for me to try on, some of which weren't even my size and I couldn't get on. 3 out of 4 dresses (including the brides dress) did not have the hooks on the top to hold the dresses together. We did not discover this until we were getting dressed for the wedding yesterday. The bride had to use an extra ribbon that came with my dress, to hold her straps together. Her dress didn’t have the hooks to keep it around her neck!!!!!
