Buying experience wasn't bad at all. My daughter only tried on three dresses for prom and the second one was the dress. We scheduled an appointment for the following day alterations, and told it would only take 30 minutes . They scheduled our appointment for one we arrived five minutes early and waited 15 minutes to even be put into it fitting room and we proceeded to sit and wait for another 50 minutes and the only thing they had done was take measurements... we walked out. I have been at Sawmill and Morse Rd. locations. I am MOB and Sawmill was very good with my daughter. But as far as I go, I get the vibe that I'm not important enough, and have had to browse for 30 mins or so and no one approached me. This last time 3/27/17, was much better. Rachel helped me out this time and she was wonderful! Now for Morse Rd. 1st time Wendy followed me to the parking lot to give me her card. She was really sweet. Both times I visited I waited an hour for service. This most recent visit I wanted to try the dress they had to order because there is none in stock at the location. Since they don't offer you to try it on upon pick up they made me wait 30 min not making eye contact or checking availability until I was upset and ready to leave. It was overwhelming. Then I had to have my fiancé carry the dress out so it wouldn't drag. All in all, they don't care about their customers once they spent over $1500 in merchandise and I will not ... read more

I stopped in David's Bridal to look at some of the dresses I favorited online and possibly set up an appointment to try them on. I walked in and the 3 women standing in front of the door didn't even acknowledge me even though the store was practically empty. I walked by at least 3 employees not assisting customers and not one even said hi or asked if they could help me. I walked through the entire store and didn't get so much as a "hello". I had a terrible experience here! The consultant left me in my dressing room alone for awhile, so I called my mom to see what was going on. When the lady (I won't say who) - came back in with a dress that was a million sizes too big she said "well YOURE needy" ... all because I called my mom to see what was going on. Poor customer service.

This was my first visit to any bridal shop, they were over booked, understaffed. The employees were not sure if they agreed on the company policies. A few rude associates which I think stems from lack of training. The bride I was with was talked to by an employee like she was yesterdays garbage. I understand that bridal season means the store is busy, but do not make promises and then lie to cover up that promises were made.

Couldn't be happier with the staff and my dress at Davids Bridal Dublin!!! They explained everything, were efficient and not pushy about things I didn't want or like. They were super understanding when I explained the specific requirements in regards to my dress. The alterations department was super helpful and were very knowledgeable about what would look best for my bussel. My experience at David's Bridal in Dublin was just okay. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for that special experience, especially if you're buying a wedding dress. I will say that my bridesmaids and I went in to browse bridesmaids dresses, not expecting to find much. To my surprise, they ended up finding a dress they all liked. When my girls were trying on the dress, the dressing room section was extremely crowded and loud with much larger parties. Horrible experience and horrible representative and manager. BEWARE of DAVIDS BRIDAL!!!! I went to Davids bridal last weekend and had a horrible experience. First the representative told us as we were looking at the bridesmaids dresses there was only one rack of dresses to pick from . Out of this huge store we can only pick from one rack of dresses.
