The associate that helped us was also helping another bride at the same time and was back and forth. They wasn’t busy and several other associates was just standing around. She was not very helpful and somewhat rude. I’ve been to your stores several times for other weddings and the customer service is not good. The only reason we decided to shop there is because your prices are lower and we was shopping on a budget.

I felt more like a nuisance than a potential customer! I made an appointment to look at wedding dresses and the girl told me we had 90 minutes together. Hardly any dresses were pulled for me (maybe 4?) and when I expressed what I liked I kept getting told “we don’t have that”. No effort was made to go find anything. She kept leaving me to go “check on other clients” and I felt like she didn’t care at all about me. I had the worse experience ever this is the 3rd time i have used David's Bridal and i will never go back my daughters dress is too small for her and my dress is huge so huge I can put it on and off with it zipped up. Just discussed with the people working there. They measured my daughter and her dress is too small. They refused to measure me and made up mesurements. Dress experience was good but alterations were a nightmare. First time we went to pick up dress and the hem was off by almost 2 inches- but just on one side. The dress did not bustle correctly. It was done differently on each side of the dress. Seamstress kept stating dismay why anyone would do it that way. She had to keep the dress to try and fix it but told us it was not an exact science- REALLY!! This place is a joke.There needs to be competition for you. My daughter is having so much trouble with this place. I don’t recommend ANYONE shopping here...
