Awesome experience with Theresa L. Cusack finding her wedding dress......she said yes!!!
I have never had a good experience at David's Bridal, but this most recent one has been the worst. I ordered a bridesmaid dress is March and when it came in in April it turned out the lady ordered the wrong style. I exchanged it and ordered the correct dress. It is now the end of August, the wedding is in 6 days, and I still do not have a dress. Everyone passes the blame/situation on to a different person or department and i have basically been told that it's just a waiting game and hopefully the dress will arrive on Monday.
I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. Myself being a bridesmaid as well as a bride had an extremely terrible experience. They were rude! Not helpful and they also lost my paid for dress that I brought it to look at sashes with. Turns out they put it in a room with another customer!! My bridesmaids also had terrible experiences from they forgot to order their shoes and their shrugs.
