On yesterday 10/29/17, I went this location with my best friend (the bride) and her mom. I didn't have an appointment to tried on and to purchase just one particular bridesmaid dress. The young lady who was supposed to be helping me didn't really help me. She left me in the changing room never came back to check on me didn't bother to see if I like the dress or if I can fit the dress or anything. Rude when I checked out, did not listen to what I want, I felt rushed... they were upset that I did not want to decide on a dress that day. People kept walking through where I was trying on my dresses. I WILL NOT be coming back (at least to this location) for my dress or my bridesmaids.
The older lady was in a rush and just trying to get us out. She put back the wedding dresses that we picked for the bride to try on. She put the veil on for finishing touch but in a rush snatched it off when done.
My dress came in and the zipper was broken so I had to be sewn into the dress and all David’s offered me was a 10% return on a $200 dress that was messed up.
If you’re planning on getting something from David’s bridal make sure it is something you really like. I got my girlfriend a dress about a year ago, which she never wore because it wasn’t in her size and she doesn’t like it. We were told by one of the managers that we can still make an exchanged on the item as long as she never removed the tag, wear it, or was within the three year limit. They need more members helping. Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. They are not very happy and seem to be overwhelmed. This is my second negative experience with David’s.
