I can not believe this is how y’all have treated my mom! Here is what she has to say about it! David’s Bridal stinks!!! � Came to pick up my gown...it’s ruined and can’t be fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NOT EVEN SURE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN WITH MY DRESS... SALES LADY LIED TO ME (DIANA IS HER NAME) WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL FROM MANAGER ANNE... NEVER HAPPENED. ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE IT TO ME... SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL THEM INSTEAD.... DO NOT GO THERE.
I would like to preface this by saying I purchased my wedding gown at the David’s Bridal location in Rhode Island, it was the best experience. Choosing to go to the Natick location for my bridesmaids’ dresses because of the distance was the worst decision I could have made. What was supposed to be the happiest experience for my party and I was quickly ruined by our consultant, Diane. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..... I dealt with a saleswoman name Michelle standing at the hostess stand. She seemed to be PLEASANT. But as soon as I turned my back to speak with a manager she talked about me in a very rude and unflattering way to another sales person in the store. I spoke with the Manger Angela. "Where customer service is our priority" unfortunately they've confused "priority" with "means absolutely nothing". I was gifted two zip up hoodies for my wedding day, unfortunately they didn't fit. I stopped by the Lexington location to exchange them, they informed me that because my wedding day had already passed (even though I was still within 30 days of the items being purchased) they would be unwilling to do anything for me. Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience. So bad I spent 47 minutes on the phone with corporate customer service. The "stylist" was SO rude to my party and I she was complaining that she kept getting called over the intercom. Even when she wasn't getting called she would disappear for long periods of time during my appointment. I finally said enough and said let's just do my bridal party's appointment now, she wasn't present for that at all she literally handed me her clipboard and told me to just write the information down. I bought a dress for a wedding and the zipper broke when I went to zip it for the wedding. I didn't even get to wear it for the wedding. I called and complained about it being defective and said I would either like my money back or a new dress. The manager argued with me and said it basically was my fault and there were stains on it. Well if it was a quality dress it shouldn't have stains on it what so ever nor should the zipper break! So now I basically wasted $160 for a defective dress. I will never go back ever again. I had made an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses back in March and when we all got there we were basically left to fend for ourselves. The associate assigned to us kept disappearing. Thankfully I knew what I was looking for. The second problem was how cheaply made the dresses were. My MOH’s dress had the zipper break wide open in the limo on the way to the venue. We had to literally sew her into her dress. I’m extremely disappointed with this company.
I don't ever complain when it comes to sales associates at a store, but literally the worst customer service ever at this Easton location. And this wasn't the first instance. I ordered a dress from David's online and brought it into the store to try on a few months ago. I had made an appointment ahead of time and when I got there and checked in, I wasn't in the system (even though I had a confirmation email).
