Two of my four bridesmaids have had an awful experience with David's, the worst being this location. After losing her measurements, ordering the wrong size, not being able to get a replacement, and messing up the alterations, I couldn't take anymore. My bridesmaid called me upset today and my fiance and I had to come in and speak with the manager about the ruined dress. They ended up fully refunding her dress. Sales lady was on the phone multiple times while we waited with our cash in hand to make a purchase. Finally we just walked out..... You're making it easy for your competition
I just walked into the store, wasn't greeted by anyone. A few moments later a woman named Alyssa spoke to me. I told her I was just browsing and she said I needed to sign in before I was allowed to browse. I walked around the store for twenty minutes or so and picked out two dresses I liked then Alyssa approached me again in a rude manner telling me that I am not allowed to take dresses off the racks! Worst customer service ever! I drove from Port. Charlotte too!
Honey and I just left David's Bridal in Madison, TN and the customer service was horrible from management no less. A soon to be bride should never be treated like their business is not wanted. To all my TN friends don't waste your time there. Customer Service still matters�
Love the dress I bought. But very disappointed in the fees charged for alterations that I was lead to believe at time of purchase was included. Which me over $200 I'm not impressed. To make matters worse my wedding is in 8 weeks my dress won't be ready for 6-8 weeks. I went with the booking time they suggested.
I am very displeased and disappointed with the work that was done on my dress in the David's Bridal alterations department. I was told by the seamstress that she could let the dress out and give it the A-line shape I desired when I went in for my originally fitting. The dress I purchased is considered a sheath. She also added sleeves, which I loved! I was on cloud 9 when I left my originally fitting and was confident that my dress would be as described when I returned to pick up weeks later. 4 times now and it's been a nightmare 80% of the time. First time we went was fun and the guy who helped us was sweet. 2nd time was AWFUL: I made the apt. 2 weeks prior for my wedding dress and 2 bridesmaids and I got two calls confirming and 4 emails about it. We show up and the girls at the front are nothing but RUDE!!! I give them my name and they straight up say " uhhh you don't have an appointment" and just stare at me.
